Foursome & Tee Assignments

Foursomes and Tee assignments will be available at registration upon arrival at the tournament.  For those of you registering as a team, you will only need your tee assignment.

Rules & Cheater's Package Components

Captain's Choice (Scramble) - Each player hits the ball off the tee.  The team decides which ball to play from.  All players then hit from that location.  Even the putt.  Record 1 team score.

Mulligans - The "do-over".  Mulligans cannot be used on a prize hole or to win a contest.  You can use it on the hole but cannot win the prize.  Limited to two per person.

Skirt Shots - Your ability to hit from the ladies tees.  This is NOT a mulligan.  You must decide to hit from the ladies tee before hitting from the Blues.  No limit on how many can be purchased.

Golf Ball Survivor - This is a 50/50 Raffle.  If your team still has their ball at the end of the day's play, it will be placed in a bag.  A ball will be drawn from the bag and that team wins half the Golf Ball Survivor Entry fees.  During the round, each team member rotates using the ball per hole.  Player A uses the ball on Hole #1, Player B uses it on Hole #2, Player C on Hole #3, Player D on Hole #4, Player A on Hole #5 and so forth.  You keep rotating until you finish the round or until you lose it.  In which case you're eliminated.  (It sounds more complicated than it is!)

Out of Towners

For those guests who will be traveling for the tournament weekend, we have made arrangements with the local Courtyard by Marriott.  They provide shuttle bus service from Dulles airport to their hotel and then will also make the shuttle available to and from our event.  The cost is $74 per night for either a King or Double-Double room.  Reservations must be made by 8/21/09.
